How to change billing address?
In Livefield, Billing details is saved which is used when new invoice is generated. Only Account Owner and Account Manager could change the billing details. You can't change the billing details in already generated invoice.
What to know
- On the Web: Profile Name > My Subscription > Edit in Billing Setting
On the Web
- Open the My Subscription by clicking on Profile photo in top right corner.
- Click on Edit button given in billing setting.
- Change the billing details as required and click on Save.
