How to change or assign account manager and account user role?
- Account Owner and Account Manager could change the role of account manager or account user from the Team tab. Account Owner / manager could also invite guest user to License plan and assign them license. If invited people is also under someone's license then, till the invited user give permisison, he will in pending state.
- If invited user is Account Owner then, on accepting license, all project will be transferred to Account Owner under which he will be assign license.
What to know
- On the Web: Team > Select role from dropdown
On the Web
- Open the team tab from Project List dashboard.
- Change the role of the people from the dropdown whose role you want to change.
