How to upload a sheet to Livefield?

Prerequisite

  • Sheets should be saved/exported in .PDF format. (We do support PNG, and JPEG file types, however, we recommend saving/exporting your plan files as. PDFs)
  • Currently, we do not support .DWG or .DXF files. You could export the DWG from the program you’re viewing it in and create a PDF, which you will then be able to upload into Livefield.
  • The sheet tab has an upload limit of 10MB at a time. If you have a file that exceed of 10MB, consider splitting the PDF files.
  • A minimum DPI of 300 is recommended to retain the crispness of the sheet when they are uploaded to Livefield.
  • Any image on your plans should be flattened.

Tip

Livefield delimit the Sheet no. and description based on the file name and first space in the file name. We recommend to save file name as Sheet no + space + Sheet description to save time while uploading.

e.g.
File name: A-101 Plan at first floor
Sheet no: A-101
Sheet Description: Plan at first floor.
Here first space in file name is after A-101 so before first space, we assume it is Sheet no. and after first space, Sheet description is given.
