How to create or edit pre-define checklist template for project?
With use of pre-define checklist template it will be easier to add repetitive check items or question in task or in survey reports. Pre-defined checklist also hepful to manage consiste ncy throughout the project.
What to know
- On the Web: Settings > Template > Add Checklist
- In the App: More menu > Project settings > More menu > Templates > + button
On the Web
- Click on settings from side bar menu and select template from setting list
- Click on edit button to edit template name or delete button to delete template.
- To add new template, click on +Add checklist button. Add the template name and click on Save icon.
- Add check item and click create checklist to add check item
In the App
- Tap on project settings from more menu given in bottom navigation bar.
- Tap on three dot (More icon) that is given in top right corner and tap on templates.
- Tap on edit button to edit template name or delete button to delete checklist template.
- Tap on existing template to edit check items.
- To create new template, tap on + icon
