How to create or edit pre-define checklist template for project?

With use of pre-define checklist template it will be easier to add repetitive check items or question in task or in survey reports. Pre-defined checklist also hepful to manage consiste ncy throughout the project.

What to know

  • On the Web: Settings > Template > Add Checklist
  • In the App: More menu > Project settings > More menu > Templates > + button

On the Web

  1. Click on settings from side bar menu and select template from setting list
  2. Click on edit button to edit template name or delete button to delete template.
  3. To add new template, click on +Add checklist button. Add the template name and click on Save icon.
  4. Add check item and click create checklist to add check item

In the App

  1. Tap on project settings from more menu given in bottom navigation bar.
  2. Tap on three dot (More icon) that is given in top right corner and tap on templates.
  3. Tap on edit button to edit template name or delete button to delete checklist template.
  4. Tap on existing template to edit check items.
  5. To create new template, tap on + icon
