How to invite a user and assign license?
In Livefield, you could invite a number of people to Livefield using their Email ID. When they accept an invitation, they will be assigned a license.
What to know
- On the Web: Team > Invite People
On the Web
- Open the team tab from Project List dashboard.
- Click on the Invite People button.
- Enter the EMail ID and press Enter. Select the role you want to assign.
- Click on the Invite People button. A Email will be sent to invited user.
- When user click on Accept License button in the mail, he will be assigned license.
Tip
If the invitee is alrady in any project, you could directly assign them role from team tab.
