How to share sheet/plan from Livefield?
User could share sheet to any user from Livefield. Only user who have permission to share sheet could share construction drawings to others.
What to know
- On the Web: Select Sheet > Action > Share Sheet
- In the App: Select Sheet > Tap Share.
On the Web
- Select sheet you want to share using selection box.
- Click on Actions button on top left corner.
- Click Share sheet.
- A link will be generated. You could copy link and send it to any users to whom you want to share or click on Download File button to download the sheet to the device.
In the App
- Android: Long press on any sheet, selection box will be appeared on top right corner of each sheet.
iPhone: Tap on edit button at the top left corner, selection box will be appeared on top right corner of each sheet. - Select the sheet you want to share.
- Tap on share button from bottom bar.
- A link will be generated. You could copy link and send it to any users to whom you want to share or download file to device.
Tip
To share single sheet in Web, Hover on sheet > Share Sheet.
